• Driver contracts for subcontract and owner operator.
• Driver training structure.
• New Hire Orientation.
• Driver management/driver handbook.
• ELD Records.
• Fatigue management practices.
• WSIB or alternative programs.
• Driver performance incentives.
• Accident register.
• Current level 2 CVOR.
• Current SMS safety score.
• 12-month kilometres driven (l FTA reports) ▪ List of cargo types.
• List of regular major shippers.
• Vehicle list with VIN, year, make, model, plate # and current value.
• Maintenance Policy and maintenance files.
• Be prepared to give a detailed history of the company and travel lanes.
• Printed list of owners, management names, positions start dates.
• Collision Rate
• Collision Frequency.
• Severity Loss Rate.
